RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Standard sizes (XS–XL) – 14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the dress, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement (email is enough) to goteacouture@gmail.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal form we will send you on request.
The dress must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with all labels and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Please send the dress back within 14 days of notifying us.

Made to measure, XXL+ and dresses altered after a fitting
These dresses are made to the buyer's specifications and measurements. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia, the right of withdrawal does not apply to them, and they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your measurements carefully before ordering; if you are unsure, contact us and we will help.

Exchanges
For standard sizes, we can exchange the dress for a different size or colour within the 14-day period, if the dress meets the return conditions above. Shipping costs for the exchange are paid by the buyer.

Refunds
We refund the full price of the dress within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement, but we may wait until we have received the dress back. 
- Orders paid cash on delivery: refunded by bank transfer to the account you provide.
- Orders paid via PayPal: refunded to your PayPal account.
The original delivery cost is refunded only for standard delivery.

Complaints (defects)
If your dress has a defect or does not match the order, contact us at goteacouture@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will reply within 8 days and resolve the complaint within 15 days by repairing, replacing or refunding the dress, in accordance with the law. Please check your dress as soon as it arrives and contact us as soon as possible – ideally within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note: feathers and delicate fabrics require careful handling; damage caused by improper care or wear is not considered a defect.
