SHIPPING POLICY

Production time
Every GOTÈA dress is made to order. Standard sizes and made-to-measure dresses are ready in 7-14 working days from order confirmation (for made to measure, from receipt of the deposit and your measurements). We ship once the dress is ready.

Delivery in Serbia
We ship with Post Express. Shipping is charged according to the official Post Express price list. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after shipping.
Payment: cash on delivery; for made to measure, a 50% deposit by bank transfer and the rest on delivery.

International delivery
We ship worldwide, except to the United States and Canada, where parcel shipments are currently suspended. Shipping costs 30 EUR and is shown at checkout. Delivery usually takes 5–15 working days after shipping, depending on the country.
International orders are paid 100% in advance via PayPal. Any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer.

Tracking
When your dress is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Fitting in Belgrade
If you choose a fitting at our atelier (Grobljanska 10, Grocka, Belgrade), we will contact you to book an appointment. Dresses can also be picked up at the atelier by appointment, free of charge.
